The positioning talks up a hybrid model but the reality is a rigid, hierarchical and outdated consulting culture. Interview was cold and dismissive with no opener and zero intros. Interview kicked off 'why Strategy3?' Bait-and-switch questions throughout. Insight was ignored. And the passive aggressive and condescending tone made it clear they aren't open to range.
