Pathetic Interview process. They look for senior level AM's and DM's for a job who's title is RM but the responsibilities are of just a Team Lead. They don't know what they are looking for. They only waste other people's time. They will take ages to decide and interview the whole of Delhi and NCR for a job which they project as a high level job, but in reality a good recruiter with 3+ or 4+ years of experience can easily handle. Their HR is highly unprofessional and they only know how to waste other's time.
