two technical rounds conducted over phone followed by one managerial round which happens face to face and one H.R round for salary negotiations and sometimes external vendor also takes first round of interview.

Interview
There were 3 rounds of interview. First HR called for interview timing and salary expectations yhen 1st technical round were happen, went really well selected for 2nd round. In 2nd asked about machine learning questions selected for 3rd round which was managerial round. Went well hr sent me a mail for documents upload and HR called me and give info about company and some talk that doesn't make sense like will you join our company or not ? Ultimately HR said i will releases offer letter tomorrow but no offer letter received even after 3 weeks. Very unprofessional HR as well as pathetic company

Initial screening was done by HR and telephonic discussion was scheduled.
The telephonic discussion was taken by 2 persons.
But there is no follow-up/feedback by the HR post interview .
This is a problem with most companies where they schedule the interviews but do not provide feedback on the next step of action. Even its negative, proper feedback must be provided to the candidate within a week.
