Interview
They called for an interview after shortlisting my profile and made me wait for more than hour. Afterwards came a whole different story when the POC was not present and some other person came to check up on me. They reviewed my profile and told me that my profile doesn't fit their JD and that I can leave for the day.
Totally unprofessional, if only I could rate them even lower.
