I never had a screening interview with HR. My first interview was an on-site interview. The whole interview process did not seem well-structured or well-planned. No one told me that I would be interviewed by two persons. Towards the end of the interview, one of the interviewers asked me if I would like to be interviewed by a third person. I told them that I would like to come back on a later date to be interviewed by the third person. The two interviewers were fine with what I asked for and finished the interview with me. After the interview, I never heard from them ever again.
