Interview
The interview was conducted by two people, one an IT team leader and the other an HR Representative. The questions were pretty standard and fair. The process was thorough, but not overly serious or uncomfortable. I also received a tour after the interview.

What would you do if a customer with a problem that will take a long time to solve is on the line and two customers with issues that could be resolved quickly were on hold? Put customer 1 on hold or make customers 2 and 3 wait?
