I got the call from HR after getting my resume from a job portal. First round was telephonic. Then I was asked to go their office for face to face rounds. Had 2 rounds of technical interviews the same day. HR was good and interactive. One of the technical interviewer quoted references of my present and past managers which made me little uncomfortable in between. Interviewers was much interested to know more why I quite my past jobs instead of trying to understand more on my technical aspects. Was quite disappointed with approach since noone wants to quite their current job if it's really satisfying. Overall the experience was not that good. And for the briefing on why I was not selected, I got a response that i was not good at a particular area which they hardly asked in the interview.
