Pretty standard. Phone screening by HR, followed by Phone Interview by Marketing, Interview, and Meet and Greet. It wasn't terribly detailed. It was mostly informative. They reviewed by information, asked about my school, my work history, and reviewed by portfolio. I did get the dreaded "tell me about yourself" question but it was a little different since I had just been overseas with my husband for 3 years, had lived on the east coast for the majority of my life, had changed job careers, worked in the ship building and and architecture industries and was now starting over. I actually had something to talk about.
