Interview
Initial phone interview with the Team Leader for 1 hour covering various aspects of metering design.
Followed by feedback and request for 2nd round interview at Felixstowe.
2nd Round - On-site HR Introduction and HR interview for company background and role information, which was followed by Technical Q&A with Team Leader and R&D Manager.
Good technical queries and interaction with senior management, followed by site visit by another Senior Engineer.
Ended with HR face-to-face with further steps being outlined for the process and when they would get back to me with a decision.
All in all, took 3-5 days for the whole process to from 1st phone interview to offer being made.
