Screwing interview then a normal interview then a press room open to anyone then interview with the other deans then interview with senior leadership. There was some ability to prepare but some parts they really just wanted to see you reaction to the situation and rapid fire questions.

Applied online, then they called for an interview. Interviewed by a mass of approximately 8 people, and none knew about the job. Not a very diverse hiring committee, so I knew I didn't stand a chance.
