I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Iyuno (Bengaluru) in Nov 2016
Interview
You have to send a CV and if it gets picked you get an email with a few guidelines and a link to a cloud based platform.
There you get a 210 lines video to translate, from 3 different films, with a 24h deadline on clicking the link and a 6 hour deadline to complete the task once you clicked it.
I got a full blown interface to figure out how to use with close to zero instructions on how it works. Lucky for me that I had some previous experience with these kind of cloud-based subtitling platforms and SOME of the features are quite intuitive.

Question 1
You immediately get to translate from three different videos, no questions involved.
I received an email after submitting my resume. Then, everything was via email regarding the detail of taking a trial test. I received the result approx. two months later.
I did not feel comfortable registering on their system with my information; name. address, phone number, date of birth, etc...before talking with anyone, at least via zoom.
