One of the employees at the company recommended me to the manager. I got an email from the HR department and took the test online . It took about 10 days to get the result.

Question 1
The test was about basic grammatical knowledge and translating skills
No interview. I only answered a test then received the result thereafter. The test was done using the very same software they are using for work. I like linguistics so I find it fun.
Asked to perform a online sample translation of various webtoons along with non disclosure agreements. It takes up to 3 weeks to hear back but pay was not previously disclosed before the sample test.
There is no interview process for freelance translators. There was just a translation quiz/test that you have to pass. I failed my first attempt and tried again. The second time, I passed.
