I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Iyuno
Interview
Applied with my resume and cover letter through their website.
Didn’t hear anything for a couple of weeks, until I was contacted by an employee through a social media platform popular among boomers and millennials.
Considering there already is a huge platform in existence specifically dedicated to work development and professional networking, I found the choice of medium to reach out to me to be pretty off-putting.
The employee told me they were unable to open my resume and cover letter, even though I had uploaded them in pdf.
Could I forward the documents to them again by email?
They did not apologize for this.
Forwarded my resume again through email, and received no acknowledgement they had received it. Not by email, nor through the passe social media platform.
Over a month after I initially applied, the employee messaged me through the same social media platform, telling me they had «moved on with the most qualified candidates».
The professional, standard way to reply to a candidate would be by email.
I would caution anyone who concider applying with them.
They expect candidates to be their nannies and pick up their toys. They make no effort to appear professional.
In my personal experience, any company that don’t understand a good first impression is a two way street, will be a nightmare to work for.
I consider it a bullet dodged.

Interview
The interview process was effective and honest, but it was made clear that the position was extremely demanding and stressfull. This was definitely not a position for me. We thanked each other for the honesty and wished each other good luck
