The Talent Aquisition person assigned to recruiting for this role is excellent. Their communication and follow up provided a great experience. 1st Interview with the hiring manager was a great experience. This person you could tell really cared about their employee's development and overall was a great discussion. 2nd round of interviews was with two people and scheduled for 2 hours. This is why I am giving this a negative experience. The whole experience felt like an interrogation of my past roles and responsibilities. There was a lot of focus on past experience where I had provided a comprehensive recap only for there to be several follow up questions that didn't have any relation to the position I was interviewing for. With the interviewing being so long and question after question, it felt as though the time was not well spent showcasing the experience on the specific tool they were hiring for. This interview was a real turn off on the culture and representation of the company. They could have prepped me better for the second interviews and would have provided work examples. If you are looking to make a good impression for potential employees, you may not want employees who have dry personalities interviewing.
