It was very straightforward and almost generic sort of interview. Things asked: -what are your strengths/weaknesses? -where do you see yourself in 5/10 years? -tell us about previous accomplishment. -tell us about previous failure. -tell us what you would do if you and a co-worker were incapable of getting along. Then some technical questions followed to get an understanding of my present ability spectrum. They made an offer later that day.
