I applied online and was contacted by HR first with the screening person in HR. I then did phone interview with hiring manager. After that, in person interview with hiring manager, peers in the department and other senior level employees that I would be working with. The process took a bit longer than might have expected, part of that is how big the organization is and how busy people's schedules are.

A Recruiter reached out for a role on Linkedin. I responded with my interest and and then the recruiter ghosted me when I shared availability for a call. I be provided updated avails and again heard nothing. Letting this one go.

Interview
College students must pass an online screening before they are eligible for phone interviews. The next are is often multiple interviews hosted on a super day. Some groups require a writing test, trading analysis or case study. There is one week to respond to offers.
