Applied online, did the online test and finally got the first round interview. The interview consists of 2 rounds, both with 2 interviewers. The 1st round was with the investment side of Private Banking. I was asked about my CV and my view on the markets. Standard stuff - Why JPMorgan Private Banking? Tell me more about yourself. Do yo have any views on the markets? If I met your professor, your previous boss and closest friends, what would each say to you? If you could have dinner with 1 person dead or alive, who would it be?
Second interview was more of a casual chat. The interviewers were Private Bankers and stayed away from markets questions. It was more of a discussion on my CV. They also expected me to reciprocate a lot, like asking questions about themselves and taking an interest. I felt this interview round was more of a "how you interact with people" as a fit to the role more than competencies or technical questions.
