I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Feb 2010
Interview
I completed a phone screening then went for a face to face with the branch manager & then HR. The benefits seem pretty good, as far as incentives - I was given a range, and it's basically production based...harder you work the more you make. The interview with the branch mgr was pretty detailed, asked a lot about customer service & experience w/sales
As it was my first experience in life for a job, I started well before time so that I may not be late. I reached there well in time. There was a big hall there and about 35 candidates were waiting for their chance.
It was super easy, and they asked very straight forward questions, and made me feel super comfortable. They asked me a few questions, they mostly wanted to know how personable I am.
Easy to track system, was well informed of the process and what to expect from the recruiter and hiring team. Clear and concise overall. I wish all processes with companies were this simple.
