I was asked to take a Psychometric Test. There is not much you can do to prepare for this test, it is aimed to get an idea of the interviewee- risk appetite, decision making etc. The test followed by Hirevue interview- all questions were motivation based.

First complete the Pymetric test, then coming with a video interview consisting of 5 questions, each recording 2 mins length. Then being invited to the final Superday with a group case study and 3 back-to-back individual interviews
