Involved a presentation, group exercise and interview.
-presentation was fairly simple - make sure you know it well as they will spend 10 min asking you follow up qs about it
- group exercise was simple but candidates were strong. try be the first one to talk
- interviews were fairly straightforward and they were nice. first interview was mixture of competency and alot about jp morgan itself e.g. share price, ceo, departments, mergers. Second interview was all why me why jp morgan why HR leadership teamwork etc.
