Interview
This interview process was extremely last minute. The recruiter contacted me and said the only interview she had available was for the next morning. Two 30 minute interviews with two different people by phone. It was fairly formal. No easy questions such as "Tell me about yourself" etc. The person just listed off a long list of questions that I was expected to answer. Started with technical questions and then went on to behavioral/leadership type questions. The technical questions weren't too difficult. Had I not been contacted less than 24 hours in advance I would have been more than prepared. Also, the two interviews asked the same exact questions. Not sure if this was a mistake on their end or not.
