You will submit a Hirevue and expect to wait 1-3 months to hear back. If selected, you will be invited to a super day with 3-4 back to back interviews. The Hirevue is standard with some behavioral and classic questions like "Why JPM?" The superday consists of primarily behavioral questions with some technical questions involving Accounting Basics & questions like "Evaluate the Risk for this Company." and"Why Credit Risk?" In order to be successful, you need to show why you are a great fit for JPM, focusing on displaying the company's core values. Compared to other BB's, JPM has one of the best cultures. You also need to be comfortable with your Accounting fundamentals as well as understanding why credit risk is so important at JPM.
