I had no affiliate concerning the position. Phone interview : 100% Fit. 30% English 70%Korean. Questions were from resumes mostly. But there were questions asking about my sister which was odd. Video interview : First part was group discussion on a case with three alternative solution. Since the interview was via online and there was time limit, the discussion was fully in Korean. The crucial part of this is to act as an moderator which seemed to take most of the credit. There is not much room for talking in such a limited time so you should speak up. The case itself is not that difficult and the solutions the group comes up probably doesnt matter much if with justification. Second part was personal interview. There were two interviewers and was mostly fit. Tech questions were, Define capital market and.. can't remember. Anyway the key here is to know about how JP is different from other IBs and about the CAD Program.
