I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
his interview was on my calendar. I showed up. JPM management must have had the interview on their calendar, as they were physically present.I would normally not have a phone on during an interview, but I most certainly would not answer it if I did. If I ‘unintentionally’ (?) answered a call or read a text message, I most certainly would apologize for the interruption. My phone was off. After a while of the manager’s divided attention, I was asked if there were any questions. I thought about suggesting that we talk some other time and chalk the time up as interview practice, but I asked the following question:
How engaged are you in the affairs of your department? The answer?
first HireVue, then Superday, 3 interviews and one math test. Math test contained statistic and probability questions, classics from the the green book. Took 2 weeks between Hiruevue and super day, then 2 more weeks until recived offer.
Campus interview - asked questions about interest in following market trends, ran through case studies of a couple companies in a sector, discussed impact of geopolitical events to businesses, and some basic accounting questions. Then discussed long term goals and reason for interest in the space.
Asked abt markets. Hobbies. Rates. Asset allocation. Background, why I want the job, why JPMorgan, time when I faced difficult decision, typical behavioral questions not anything super crazy outlandish. Good luck
