deep rooted / rapid fire q and a were situational / sme based. 7 rounds. Mgmt experience / HR issues / pressing inquiries. Tough process overall. VP - MD interviewers all veterans 10-20 years of experience.
The whole process went pretty smoothly and quick. 3 rounds of interviews with different levels of colleagues in that firm. Ask about previous experience and behavior questions. Interviewers are nice and respected my time
Met with the senior members of the deal and then junior members. Was really focused on getting to know each other and industry knowledge, relevant transaction experience and what I did on each transaction.

Easy technical interview in 1st round but did not get much feedback when rejected. Most likely better candidates. Asked for feedback but did not get any response in return. interviewer did not get into any details.
