Application was mainstream, background information plus two short answer questions. Got an interview even though I had absolutely no finance background. But to my surprise there was no individual interview. First round was a case analysis for a group of 6 interviewees. Was first given 10 minutes to read the case (to recommend some J.P products to a local bank in Asia) and 30 minutes to discuss. Worked as a group and delivered a 15-minute group presentation to three interviewers. Super Day was the next day of the first round.
