Interview
1) After spending 6 years in Human Resources the best interview process I would say J P Morgan follows.
2) First person grilled me on Processes, Second on Methods and Techniques, Third on Technical skills set (Meaning and a bit deep knowledge about technical jargon and my understanding), Fourth was a combination of all 3 where I failed.

Question 1
I couldn't find anything bad about the company or people or processes in my first impression. Till top higher management people were so much polished and down to earth and the first place where people were ready to listen to new ideas. Those who want to apply need to be fully focused during the interview time.
