It was elaborate and extensive. Started off with automated virtual recorded version and then you have to meet 100 different people and each time they set up a separate interview for one person. Why couldn’t they coke one them on the same day? Utterly ridiculous.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (New York, NY) in Sep 2025
Interview
You fiirst get a hackkerank assessment if your resume passes their filters, The assessment is timed for 60 minuted with two questions. If passed you will get a hirevue where it's a 20 minute virtual interview, before ever meeting someone.
The interview process was fairly standard but intense, with a strong focus on behavioral questions. They also incorporated technical questions, so I had to prepare for both. Despite expecting mostly behavioral aspects, the technical side was definitely emphasized, making it a balanced evaluation of soft and hard skills. Overall, it felt manageable with good preparation.
