I had a zoom interview with the VP from my state. The questions were difficult and I immediately felt like she did not like me. She made it very evident by her facial expressions that I wasn’t going to get the position . The very next day I was sent an email with a rejection which was fine since I felt like maybe I wasn’t fit for that role. I believe they couldn’t find anyone to fill the role so they reach back out to me 2 weeks later and had me reinterview but these questions seemed more difficult and the two managers had bad attitudes and seemed condescending . As soon as I was done with the interview I went ahead and withdrew my application.
