Online Application, Hirevue, Assessment Center. Assessment Center question comprise of mostly competency based questions, followed by market awareness and commercial awareness. A wise share of technical questions as well. For instance, for Private Banking, questions testing your knowledge of multiple asset classes, and cross questioning based on your answers to earlier questions.

1) As a Solutions analyst at JP Morgan PB, how would you advise a client to invest, say $10 mn? 2) How would the current macroeconomic environment affect the functioning of your selected JPM division?
JP Morgan HireVue process is a timed, one-way video interview, typically the first screening step, where you record answers to behavioral and sometimes technical questionsYou get limited prep time (e.g., 30-120 seconds) and a couple of attempts (often one re-try) to answer each question within a set time (e.g., 90-120 seconds).

Hirevue and it was pretty hard not gonna lie. But it’s understandable given the size of the firm. They take a while to get back to you but don’t ghost like some firms.
