Interview
No tests, straight to phone interview. 2 interviews, each about 30 minutes, both competency based. Interviewers were extremely nice and conversational. Both had experience in the division that I wanted to enter into. Clicked 'no' to getting an offer as I have not yet heard back, but felt that I should post immediately.
