The first round was speaking with an HR on the phone. 2 rounds of face to face comprise of meeting with 2 management directors and another round include talking to an associate. They asked my basic considerations of application design and some brain teaser type of questions.
The last round AC was a case study for a group of applicants of 5 to discuss a tech related topic. A group of managers will be present in the entire process to oversee the discussion process and the final presentation. Whole process takes half of a day.
