I applied online. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Tempe, AZ) in May 2026
Interview
Interview process was great, hiring managers were pleasant, provided me with a note pad and a water. Interview started with me telling about my professional self. Learned about the role, and the hiring managers shared with me their professional experiences. Followed with detailed questions about each job I had listed on my resume, what I did there, why I left and what I liked about the roles. Next it was the STAR method questions. Towards the end, I was asked one other good question that I wasn’t expecting, which what was my favorite book, who’s the author and why it’s my favorite book, it could be fiction or nonfiction. I was given an opportunity to ask any other questions, which I had a few. Definitely prepare yourself for the interview and don’t wait till the last minute, do it days in advance.
