Question 1
Lots of questions about motivation for role and working at the company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Glasgow, Scotland) in Nov 2017
Interview
Was involved in Code for Good event, recognised by supervisors and fast-tracked to an assessment centre around a week later. Was offered a position the next morning.
Assessment centre was a very relaxed experience with around 10 other applicants. Involved a OO programming test followed by a chat about your answers, a group exercise and a more traditional competency based interview. The assessors were amazing chilled and really put you at ease throughout.
