Online application. Received a confirmation for an interview in a couple of months. 2 30-min competency interviews. They briefly introduce themselves and the company etc. And ask general non-technical questions.
How would you describe a good manager? Your strengths and weaknesses? Describe when you took the risk and what was the outcome? Leadership example from your past life? Recall when you were asked an unexpected question, what was your answer?
