First round was a phone interview. My interviewers asked me brain teasers and basic real estate concept questions. Final round was an 8 hour super day. They asked me technical and behavioral questions. There were no modelling tests.

30 minute phone interview with two analysts then superday at JBG headquarters in DC. Questions during phone screen were not related to real estate and instead focused on ability to think logically. Superday was primarily personality based, with one technical interview featuring basic real estate questions re: cap rates, vacancy rates
