I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JCB (Rocester, England) in Mar 2012
Interview
Two interviews held in the head office with the department head and HR. The first interview was quite relaxed and and with general questions. The second interview was more intense with to senior managers in the department but still quite straightforward
Job Interview Review - Marketing Specialist at JCB Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) I recently went through the interview process for the Marketing Specialist position at JCB, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Interview Process: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) The interview process at JCB was comprehensive and followed a structured format. It began with a phone screen with the HR team, where they provided an overview of the role and gathered information about my background and experience. This was followed by a virtual interview with the Marketing Manager, during which I discussed my qualifications and how they align with the job requirements. The final stage was a panel interview with members from different departments, which aimed to assess my fit within the organization. Communication and Scheduling: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) The communication from the HR team was sufficient, providing necessary information about the interview schedule and process. However, there were a few instances where responses were slightly delayed, and it would have been helpful to receive more proactive updates regarding the next steps.
