Short and sweet. Interviewer made me feel very comfortable. She had a few standard interview questions,and personality type questions. The whole process took about 20 mins and I was done. She offered me a sales floor position with a slight pay increase from my previous job.

Took about 10 mintues. HR person was welcoming and easy to talk to. She showed me around the store and introduced me to some of the workers and the different departments in the store.
Team interview with about 8 other people. We had to do building exercises and selling exercises with each other. Very simple and was actually one of my best interview experiences.
