Interview
Very simple interview. Asked basic "tell me about a time" questions. Nothing too technical which would have been fine because I had previous experiences as counter managers at department stores. I knew that the store manager would be all about sales, so when he came in to say hello to me during my interview, I made sure to mention previous experience at department stores and the "importance" of providing consumers with credit card applications.
After a phone scheduling, I was quickly called into office to be interviewed by an HR and beauty manager. Took about 2 weeks after application. Typical questions off a paper questionnaire, nothing difficult

The interview was smooth and professional. They asked me about my past retail experience, how I describe myself and my knowledge in the beauty industry. They will give me a phone call soon for the offer.
They first sat me down and guaged my availability. Then we spoke about what my strengths were and they asked me how my status as a student could hinder my schedule. They were very nice and very accommodating.
