Interview
i applied en their web site and i got a phone call right the way ask me some question about my previous experience and told me if i could come for an interview the next day,
i went there had interview first with the same person who call me then told me that i had another interview with hiring manager,he asked me a lot of question at the end he told me , do you think you did good and i said, i think so he then takes me with him to his office and gave me a card to come for trainning for the next week
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
The interview process begins with an initial screening to review qualifications and experience. Selected candidates then participate in one or more interviews with the hiring team, which may include behavioral and role-specific questions. Final candidates may be asked to complete an assessment or meet with senior stakeholders before a hiring decision is made. Candidates are kept informed throughout the process.
