The interview was very brief and casual. I was asked about my background and how I thought that my unique past and skills set could be used at JCPenney. There were few of the standard interview question scenarios given. The interview made me excited to work there. I wish more of my interviews had been conducted like this one.

It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
