I applied online and process took 2 weeks. It was a group interview with about 6 other people. The interview lasted 2 hours. We had to work together to build a thing, and make a sales project. After that, the manager interviewed us individually. He told me that the job I applied for wasn't a good fit because of my experience with GoodWill. He told me about the sales floor or working the morning shift. Never received a call back.
Good interview and straight forward questions. There were little trick questions and it is best to answer honestly and provide why you are a team player. It is essential to the job so understandable on why they would ask that
