Contacted by recruiter. Phone interviews with Recruiter and Field Manager. In-person interviews with Store Manager and District Manager. Phone interviews lasted about 30 minutes each. Store manager interview also lasted 30 minutes. District Manager interview was only about 10 minutes. everyone was energetic and friendly, and they expect the same from you.

I had the delightful pleasure to meet four polite and company positive individuals during the process. Each hiring representative was easy to engage with in the exchange of dialogue for the position requirements and my skill set for candidacy. Sufficient information was provided to me and an open invitation time for my questions. All parties with whom I was introduced were honest and sincere and presented true to the JCPenney's commercial song: We are Family.
