Was called for a 30 minute phone interview to talk about my resume and background. Nothing difficult about the call or questions, except when I told the interviewer my salary expectations, I was informed that their financial analysts only make about 55k. This was well short of what I could accept, and told the interviewer that. A few weeks later I received an email saying they were moving forward with prospects who had 'more in-depth experience'. For an entry level position that clearly would not work for me, I found this email petty and spiteful. Forget working for this company, I will never even shop there again.
