Interview
I had a group interview where the interviewer asked us questions but they seemed to show more interest in specific people from the start, after icebreakers. They did listen to everyone who was applying but I could tell they made more eye-contact with the people who seemed more intriguing. After group interviews we were called in separately and I was asked the days I could be available and the times of the usual shifts. Everything sounded promising and as the general interviewer was jotting things down on a paper, they said the manager specific to operations would give me a call to make another interview the next day. It's been 3 days now and I'm sure that I won't be getting called back in.
