I had received a phone call from Store Manager who seemed very excited to meet and talk with me. During the interview we had spoke about previous jobs, and spoke about working at the same store 10 yrs prior. He was surprised to hear that and was very happy. The old process the Store Manager did the Hiring of LPM. The new process has to go through Regional Offices/Managers. I never heard or spoke to anyone from Region/District Offices. I was very unhappy with the process. I followed up with store Manager he had no answer for me, just said sorry, not sure what to say.
