I applied online after a week they called me for interview, I had interview last Oct. 13, 2012, the assistant manager interviewed me, he asked me why jcp?, what do u think is the job of a customer service?, my availability? .. After few questions he talked about company benefits and how much they will pay me which is $8:00 an hour, then asked me if i have question for him, after that he offered me the job! Today Oct. 23, will be my first day at work and im so excited!!! hope this helps!

Nothing really, this is very easy interview... I had an interview in Macys 3 days before my interview in JCP and i can tell Macys have a really hard interview questions plus they pay so low $7:40/hr... im thankful they didnt hired me! Ha!
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
