During my first round interview was when they invited me to second round interview. Second round interview was an in person interview and the person took me around the store and told me about all the changes going on in JCP.

A HR recruiter got in touch with me after receiving my resume from a career fair. 3 rounds of interview, first phone interview, second in-store interview, last phone interview. Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming. Feedback and notification of next steps were prompt. I had a very good experience with the whole process.

I worked with my campus recruiter (who was awesome). I had a phone interview with them, then an in-person interview with an assistant store manager, then a phone interview with the district manager of the store I was to be placed in. Overall, it wasn't bad. All behavioral based questions, and very organized.
