One phone call asking me to come in for interview. no details were given. Upon arrival at the store, no one knew where this manager was, so they told me to walk to the back. I stood there with several other people and apparently we were having a 'group' interview (not informed of this). The manager was late, then showed up and told us to all come into a room. Worked through a senerio (on handheld computers) and how we would 'sell' that JC Penney new product/service.
