The most difficult part for me was deciding whether I wanted to take on the job. I was asked by the managers at my store to take on the position once it opened up, which would make me the first leader of a shop within the store. The managers were already aware of my my work ethic, my penchant for taking initiative, and taking a stake in the work that I do, as well as the influence that I had with the other team members.

Multiple interviews. All very nice people. Met with recuriter, then team members, then management. Each 30 minuets long, general info and questions, some technical and situational "what would you do?"
Very easy group interview and questions. There was no individual interview and most of the time was just working together to build a structure out of wooden blocks! A few questions were asked and the process probably only took about an hour.
